Executive and Reversed Coaching & Career Development
It’s bizarre but true: in the day-to-day practice of working and doing business, we’re more preoccupied with our concept of reality than with reality itself. We waste a lot of time and energy on something that doesn’t exist! But we don’t have to. We can accomplish much more than we do now, and with greater joy. Being your best without stress doesn’t mean changing who you are – it means mastering the art of being yourself.
Doing what you do best and what you enjoy is the key to job satisfaction. We help people to discover (or rediscover) how. We help them to understand themselves better, to explore their own motives and to find a work environment that suits them best. Depending on the issue, we work with coaching sessions, a motivation or personality test, or a career assessment. We would be happy to work with you on identifying an effective approach that will take you one step further in your career.
Kickstart yourself by looking at things from a new perspective. You want to improve yourself or break a bad habit. It’s not just about learning a skill. That’s not the point. What you need is to get in touch with your authentic self. To finally dare to do what you really want to do. But to get there, you need the space within to discover your roadmap. Your motivation is the key. We’ll get you thinking, we’ll challenge you, and we’ll be your sparring partner if you need one. We always start with an intake interview, where we make firm agreements about the goal, the expected time frame, and the costs of coaching. A coaching program usually consists of 5 to 6 coaching sessions and culminates in an evaluation session.
